RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Top Flight Apparel, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* Unused
* Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
* In the same condition in which they were received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns and size exchanges unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We gladly offer size exchanges for items returned in eligible condition within 14 days of delivery.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used in any way are not eligible for a return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return or exchange. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
